Add file

File Add file merge cells append rows add columns

Description

Reads a MedCalc data file without first erasing the data in memory.

• Merge cells: the cells in the file will replace existing cells in memory.
• Append rows: the data in the file will be placed in the open rows located below the rows already used in the spreadsheet. This option is useful to combine two files containing data on the same variables and with the same column headings.
• Add columns: the data will be placed in the columns at the right side of the columns already used in the spreadsheet. This option can be used to add the variables in the file to the variables already present in memory.
