How to save data

When you want to save the data, click Save as on the File menu. The program will display the following dialog box:

• File name: select or type the name of the file for the data. This box lists files with the filename extension selected in the Save as type box.
  You can select a file by clicking a file name.
• Save as type: select the type of file you want to see in the file name list box.

When the correct file name is entered, click Save.

You can also click Cancel or press the Esc key to interrupt the procedure and close the file selector box.
