Command line parameters

medcalc.exe

medcalc.exe [/CF]

/CF: auto-configures MedCalc by adding entries for medcalc.exe and the MedCalc file extension .mc1 in the registry.

mcnetsu.exe [/AUTO][/NOLNK][/LNKDESKTOP][/LNKMENU]

/AUTO: run mcnetsu.exe silently without prompting for user input.

/NOLNK: do not create shortcuts in menu nor on desktop.

/LNKDESKTOP: create a shortcut on the desktop.

/LNKMENU: create a shortcut in the Start menu.

mcservsu.exe

This program does not accept any command line parameters.
