I have installed a MedCalc update and my user name and product key do not seem to work anymore.

In previous MedCalc versions, dots and spaces in the software user name did not matter, but in recent MedCalc versions these are important. So it is important to enter your user name and product key exactly as written in the registration email (best is to use copy-paste from the registration email into the registration dialog box).
