How can I obtain Summary statistics of the ratio of two variables in the spreadsheet?

You do not need to calculate the ratio and have it in the spreadsheet as a new variable.

MedCalc will calculate the ratio for you. Suppose the variables are named VAR1 and VAR2, the you just have to enter VAR1/VAR2 for Variable in the Summary statistics dialog panel.
