Values of Creatinine and Bilirubin less than 1.0 mg/dL are set to 1.0 mg/dL for the purpose of the MELD score calculation.

For subjects having 2 or more dialysis treatments within the prior week, the serum creatinine level is set to 4.0 mg/dL.
