Bland & Altman plot

Description: A method comparison graph. The difference between the results of the two methods is plotted against the average of the two methods.
Requires: 2 continuous variables.
Command: Bland & Altman plot


 

Mountain plot

Description: A method comparison graph. The plot is created by computing a percentile for each ranked difference between a new method and a reference method. The following transformation is performed for all percentiles above 50: percentile = 100 - percentile. These percentiles are plotted against the differences between the two methods.
Requires: 2 or 3 continuous variables.
